How long we keep data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

We sincerely hope you are happy with your DUVET AND CHILL order, however if you do change your mind we can offer an exchange or a refund within 14 days by emailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. The goods must be in the original packaging and unworn with labels.
Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.
